Disconnect Google Health

1. Remove this MCP connection in your assistant.
2. Visit Google Account connections and revoke the application's access. It currently uses the HealPot Google Cloud project; look for the application name shown when you authorized it.
3. For deletion of encrypted authorization references, contact the operator using the support address on Google's consent screen. Do not include secrets or health data.

Removing an assistant connector does not automatically revoke the Google grant. Deleting the whole server OAuth volume disconnects everyone and is not the per-user procedure.
